ND:04/2000 and After has a good Edge over fated Oct99-Mar2000 club ...

since they all finished their FP\'s much earlier than this fated club, who all got their FP\'s all at a time around March2001.
It looks like there is a 2 months freeze preiod from the date of their FP\'s. Since 6 months of applicants, all did the FP\'s around the same time,
the freeze gets over at the same time too. That is why oct99-Mar2000 club approvals are very less and they started
approving Apr2000 onwards who all did their FP\'s in 2000 itself. Look at the follwoing example:

I think you are right!

Somebody once posted the logic/query how they retrieve the files for the officer to look at it. I would like to modify his algorithm slightly in the order in which items get sorted (by adding the FP parameter)

1) Sort by FP
2) Then by ND
3) Then by PD

Note:
Country, Marital Status, Luck, Mood of IIO, Weather etc also affects the end-result of this query.
