Nd 03/25/04 Case Transferred To Miami

Guys,

My ND for I-140 and 485 is 03/25/04 and today I received emails from BCIS informing me that my case has been transferred to the MIAMI office. My FP has not even been done. I have not idea what is going on. Any feedback from you guys will be much appreciated.

Guys,

I have been researching this thing on my own and found an exact same thing for someone a month ago. Here is the link to that thread

It seems that I was correct. The most likely scenerio is that my I-140 has been approved and the I-485 has been transferred to local office for processing. The VSC guys online I-140 said the exact same thing as mine and then he got the I-140 approval letter within a few days. I am praying the same is true here.

I will keep everyone posted on new developments.

Latest update

Guys,

The latest is that I have recieved written notices for my I-140 and I-1485 stating that the cases have been transferred to a local office in Miami. There is no mention of an interview and the reason they have given is "speed up processing".

So my I-140 has not been approved yet. I have heard from a lot of sources that they have begun doing this recently and that local offices will adjucate the cases. Lets see what happens.
