ND - 03/13/2001, Just talked to VSC...

Called VSC this morning regarding to my case status and was told that my finger print result was not on the system. Called FBI, they told me my FP was sent to VSC on 08/15/2001...
    I am really worried...What is really going on??? Is there anybody with March Notice Date having the same problem? The AVM is stil saying CASE NOT FOUND to my case.

    Any input will be greatly appreciated.

My FP was on 8/15/01 too. I called FBI and they said they sent it to INS on the same day I think.

    When I called IIO the first time about a month back, they said everything was fine and the case was pending. I spoke to IIO again about 2 weeks ago and they said
    the same. However, I am not sure if I asked in that much detail to check specifically into whether they have my FP. May be I should.

    Howeve, I am concerned that if we speak to the IIO several times, they may be upset. What do you think?
 
could you try to call....

I don\'t think the IIO will remember you called more than once during a week since they received so many calls a day...The one I talked to this morning is nice though. If you decide to check your FP sometimes later, please post the information you ot on this site.

happened to me too...

when i called four weeks back iio said she has not received fp back from fbi. i called fbi, they said they sent them back to ins on 8/17. i called ins again in the next week and spoke to another iio. he said they received fp from fbi and also said i should hear from ins in 4-5 months. i don\'t know, if this matters but i gave a# to the first iio and eac# to the second iio when i called ins.
my rd 2.21.01, nd 3.1.01, fp 8.16.01.

Oh...sorry, one more question...what\'s AVM said before and after you FP is comfirmed by INS?

 
 
What is the no. of FBI...

My details ara RD:02/21/01 ND:03/01/01 FP:08/07/01..
I did call IIO and she said that they din\'t received my Fp\'s..

i check avm once a

week and i never got \'case not found\' message. it\'s always \'your i-485 was received on.....\'
