ND 03/12, no FP yet, is this normal???

Hi I still have not received the FP notice yet. I\'m worried about that, coz I saw many people with later ND got it already.
My info is:
RD: 02/13
ND: 03/12
WAC-01-126***
A#: 075-755****

  Do you guys think this is normal ? Shall I ask my lawer to do something? How long can I expect my FP?

I have the same ND as yours and WAC-01-128-xxxxx and have not got FP notice yet. I suppose one has to just wait and watch.

Similar situation (RD 02/01, ND 03/01). No FP. I even called the IIO but he gave me the standard answer "backlog, please be patient"

Me too. Very frastrated. I asked my attorney to fax inquiry last week before the new fp batch started. Not sure if need to talk to IIO although I know mostly I won\'t get much info.
