ND 02/00 and still waiting for FP

I have ND od 02/2000 and I am still waiting for FP notice. I have seen that many people in and around my ND and even ND of March 03/00 are getting FP notices.I don\'t know what to do? Very frustrated. Any idea/advice are quite welcome.

ND 01/26/2000. EB2 India No FP Yet.
called INS today . They said my case is not picked up by any officer.
doens\'t make sense. and he said it will take another 6 months to get my FP. Did any one call up IIO . What do you guys think? Do you think our cases might have been with an officer who is out of town or vacation? my number is EAC-00-085-xxxx. could you share your numbers please?

I don\'t think whatever IIo is correct? Nov. 99 - Marc 00 cases are treated as a single pool and I beleive they are in finger printing area. So, they are issuing FP for theses cases across the board. I don\'t think issual of FP means an officer has picked up the file. Only after getting the FP back it will be picked up by an officer. So, wait, you will be getting ur FP soon. This is just my thought.

Is it time to call VSC? or should I wait for some more time. I am seeing FP getting issued whose ND is end of March 2000. I am really getting worried as I might miss the bus or my file might have been replaced.Please post the details if you haven\'t received your FP if your ND is in Feb 2000.
