I filed my I140/I485 in Dec. 2005 with CSC. My case got transferred to TSC in March 2006, and my EB1-b I140 was approved in Oct. 2006. And I have waiting for my Name Check since then. Needless to say that I have contacted USCIS as well as senators, etc. many times, but no luck so far. I am hoping that the new memo finally brings this ordeal to an end.
So far no LUD though on my I-485... I have the following questions:
1-I understand FP results are only valid for 15 months. Is that true?
2-I have only done one FP in Feb. 2006. So will I need to do new FP before they can process my 485?
3- I have not received any new FP notices. Can I be proactive, get an Infopass, and ask that I do a new FP?
I would appreciate any help or suggestions...
