NC pending, second FP notice from DO

Yesterday I received a FP notice from SF DO saying my finger print is expired,
but I took my finger print in the end of december last year which is less than
6 months, my impression is FP should be good for 1 year (and a half)?! Is this
a common practice or does that means my case somehow get activiated again?

Wondering anybody else who pass the interview and stuck in the NC got the similar experiences.

yes, my take is that your NC was cleared and they just wanted to do a final check. So it is a good sign.
