NC cleared, now FP expired....Now LUD.....
After few calls since couple of days, a nice rep. told me that USCIS received by NC clearance from FBI yesterday. I have got email notification from FBI on June 16th that my clearance was sent to USCIS.
So it took almost 20 days for USCIS to receive the clearance. So thats a good sign. But the rep. also told me that my FP would expire tomorrow. She was accurately right. I had my FP done on 4/2/2005. So with 15 months, it expires or expired allready. So it looks like I should get an FP notice soon, as per the rep. My question then was, what would trigger that? When would someone look at this case, and trigger the FP? Would the system automatically trigger it? She said that the case is currently with the RIGHT unit which handles the case. So there should be a FP notice coming soon.
Does anyone know what to expect now and when to expect? Is there a way I can trigger the FP? Because then I would loose some more months with FP.
