NC cleared by FP expired

I just spoke to a really nice IO today and she told me that my NC was cleared but my FP was sent to an old address a couple of months ago. I thought my lawyer had updated my address change but don't know what happened. Anyways, I had updated my pending apps with my new address a few days ago by talking to an IO.
I asked her if she could resend the FP. She said she'll resend it if it is in the system or else she'll have to reschedule a new one. I couldn't understand what she meant my resend it. Wouldn't the FP dates already be expired as it was sent in April (may be the appt. date was in May). I'll have to wait and see...

I thought i'll share it with you folks.

Isn't the purpose of FP to aid in the NC process? If so, I can't understand why you need another FP after you NC has been cleared. Obviously my understand is wrong. Enlighten me.

Had your LUD changed when the FP notice was mailed to your old address?

Also, it appears that your case was filed directly at TSC. Is that right?

Your attorney must have received a copy of FP notice. Please get the copy from your attorney and complete your FP. You can do FP within 90 days (If I remember right) of the date indicated in the FP notice.
Other option is to try to get FP notice issued by local office through infopass appointment!
All the best!

No, I didn't get a LUD when the FP was mailed to my old address.

Yes, my application was filed at the TSC

Dallas, thanks for your suggestions. I didn't know that the FPs could me done within 90 days. I appreciate that suggestion. I guess that's what the IIO meant when she said that she would resend that notice to my new address and i could get it done. I have some hope now.
I'm trying to get hold of my case manager/lawyer to check about this. I guess they are all busy with the new 485 applications.
But thanks for all your suggestions...i really appreciate it.
