I just got one of the best phone call in my life from senator's office saying: "We were informed by FBI that all your namechecks and fingerprinchecks are complete. Your case is moving forward (Whatever it means????)".

What a way to start a day after countless days trapped in that black hole!!!

sVirgo,I have sent letters to Congressman and Senator in August. Congressman's reply came back very early saying name check is pending and he can't do anything to expedite. Senator takes longer time to inquire for me (I guess he contacted FBI directly) and somehow it worked.
