NBC EAD processing times

NBC have just posted processing times, according to which they are processing, I765 (c,9) applications received on 4th April. I filled on 18 march, mine is still pending. I have not received any RFE or any other decision. I called NCSC they just read the same online message back to me. what options do I have?.

I applied for my renewal EAD at NSC on April 6th. The processing page shows that they are processing the EAD applications with ND of April 6th.

I just called the customer service number and it says the same status. NO RFE and nothing

What should I do???

I would not be worrying so much if I were you. When is the Notice date on your NOA by the way. The mere fact that it was received in March and has a RD for that date doesn't mean it will have the same ND, so just relax and keep your fingers crossed. Hopefully you'd get it soon. Hope that helps buddy.
