Gurus;
Anybody has recent experience with filing a writ of mandamus, it looks like there is plenty of info about filing a petition for a naturalization hearing here, but nothing much about the Writ Of Mandamus (WOM), I am looking for a step by step instruction on how to do it myself, I am just tired of lawyers telling me to wait for a whole year after the interview.
If you are curious about my details, here they are:
Immigration Office: Las Vegas, NV
application received by CIS: 10/22/05
Finger prints: Dec/ 05
Interview: 3/23/06
Also, do you think that sending a letter of intent to teh CIS right after 120 days of teh interview is pushing it?
I really appreciate any advice.

Did you need a lawyer at all?

Mr. LA;
Did you do that all by yourself? did you consult a lawyer at all? I have read publicus messages, and understood what he said, but, my understanding is that publicus did a naturalization hearing, and not a WOM, do the same steps apply to teh WOM? can you please keep us up to date on what happens with your case?
Excuse my amxity, I just got on this forum few days ago, and it all sounds plurry to me.
