I got married to a born US citizen residing in the US all her life 11/8/05
applied for i-485 in 02/2006
Received conditional GC 12/14/06
my question is when can i apply for naturalization i checked USCIS but they are very vague about when 3 years begin they say after 3 yrs of marriage but when does it start . Whats the earliest i can apply and how long from application to oath and such.

Spouses of U.S. Citizens
Generally, certain lawful permanent residents married to a U.S. citizen may file for naturalization after residing continuously in the United States for three years if immediately preceding the filing of the application:
1)the applicant has been married to and living in a valid marital union with the same U.S. citizen spouse for all three years;
2)the U.S. spouse has been a citizen for all three years and meets all physical presence and residence requirements; and the applicant meets all other naturalization requirements.
