We have completed 30 months of physical stay in USA as per N470 approval requirenment. N470 was fillied by company to preserve legal resindent status.

Just curious if anyone has gone through the same experience. If so kindly share the details....

I know several people with N470. But what is N470/2? Can you explain? Plus there is no requirement of 30 months for N470 requirement.

There is only one year requirement in N470. 2.5 years requirement is for N 400.

I have stayed total 1291 days outside however only two trips exceeded six months.... I have taken 40+ trip in last five years anywhere from 2 days to less then 100 days.

two trip 331 days and another 439 days...

Do you see there will be issue with it....

Is 1290 days within past 5 years? If yes, you have not met the requirement yet. (1291 is morethan 2.5 years).

If you have 2.5 years physical in past 5 years, I don't see a problem here.
