naturalization appln question

My question is: when I apply for N-400 naturalization appln, will there be any issues ? Any help is appreciated.... thanks.

uscis does not...

...contact any past employers for N400 procedure. You should be fine...as long as u were not arrested or no case was filed against you.

I don't see a problem so long as your interview doesn't proceed along these lines:

IO: why did you leave X employer after only 3 weeks?
You: oh, I was fired for dishonesty
IO: well in that case....

Now obviously you can't lie to them, but in your situation, I'd want to avoid any discussion of why things didn't work out so well.

I believe the correct answer to the IO's question would be "well, it wasn't working out" or "it didn't work out" (both of which sound true).

For the life of me, I can't imagine ever signing something like that.

If they try to contact other possible employers, get a lawyer involved.
