National Interest Waiver

I am in the middle of the process for the National Interest Waiver (NIW) I have received a notice from BCIS requesting to prove that my achievements are more significant/noteworthy than others in the field that normally attained by somebody at my current level.

Does anyone have a sample letter to BCIS fulfilling this requirement?.

I know this is my attorney's job. However, the more informed one is the better feedback from a professional one can get.

I filed on Jan/02/03. Received RFE on Oct. 6th/2003. My case is concurrent.

Concerning your RFE-NIW, I think you should provide more reference letters, paper citation, any evidence of contribution to address this issue. Good luck !

FP- no news as of today
AD- Did not apply for it.

Timing question

Hi, I have a question about timing. Does anybody know whether NSC are processing EB1's and EB2's separately? I have a friend who filed as EB2 several months before we did, and we are both showing the same time (570-600 days). please advise,
