Nasty NSC!!

Dude ,did you know that all the cases which are getting approved had there 140 stuck for more than a year because of the concurrent processing.SO relax and Wait for your turn.There are people whose 140 has got stuck and will be in deep trouble if this priority dates issue hits them.

Dude,

1) If someone filed concurrently in Aug/Sep'03 and even if it took a year+ to get 140 approved does not mean that someone like me that filed 485 in Mar'03 and waiting for over 19 months should not feel frustrated. Anyway I am not frustrated, but just telling you that there is no logic in what you are saying

2) It does not matter whether 140 is approved or stuck as far as PD goes, what matters is the labor PD. Even though my 140 is approved and I have filed 485, if another guy has a pending 140 but earlier PD compared to me, when his 140 gets approved and if my 485 is still pending, he will be current, not me. While there are some fringe benefits in 140 being approved, not in this case that you are talking about unless you are super lucky and get your 485 approved thereby taking a visa number that becomes unavailable for another guy that has a PD earlier than you when all of these come into play.
