NameCheck pending (What can we do?)

Hello,

If a name check for an individual...What are the steps he (I) can take
in order to move further in this journey?

1. Sending emails to FBI ?
* Can some body please provide the email address to send.
2. Call FBI ?
* What would be the phone number.
3. Go to local senator and ask for help...
* Should we just say, my GC is pending and name check is not cleared
from last 4 years ..that's all? Any input?
* Where do they need to send the requests to FBI? Any address or email
or phone ?

It would be nice if you all input some valuable info...So that lot of people will benefit from this.

Note: I believe, namecheck is different than FP, so what would be the steps for that?

First contact a senator and find out when name check is initiated
what is the status from FBI. If you contact FBI directly they
won't give you anything.

Senator will give you a letter or email saying the status. With
that you can start contacting FBI officials and other people like
Pres or Vice Pres etc. The key is contact people and keep on writting.
And keep all the communication with you. It will be good idea to send certified mail and keep the receipts. Also visit local office once a month and save the receipts.

If nothng works for another 6 months, file a Writ of Mandamus. Your
communication copies will help you here to prove that you tried every conceivable channels but nothing worked.
