Name splet in correctly

Hello All,

I am posting this on behalf of my freind. Her name Ramarani. But in her approved visa it is spelt as Rama Rani, as her transcripts show that way. But in her passport it is spelt correctly(Ramarani). Do you know whether this will cause a problem? What should she do?

Thanks for your reply in advance. I am not sure whether I posted this to the correct forum, but thought that there may be some people who would want to help.

my wife also had the same issue and no issues so far

In all her docs her name is Rajyalakshmi ... on the visa it is Rajya Lakshmi Lastname....her 485 is still pending....
3 EAD's approved
2 Advance Paroles approved
1 AP is still pending
2 times finger prints were cleared by FBI
fbi name check cleared in no time....

Travelled in and out of US atleast 4 times without any issues
Am not sure what is involved in gettting it rectified...but I really did not have time to think about it...at that time.
