Hi:

BCIS spelled my First name wrong ('d' instead 's' at the very end of it) , apart from it everything is fine, Like A#, EAC # etc.. etc..

'prasad' spelled like 'pradad'

My Attorney notified BCIS about this issue when we initially received the Receipt notices for I-140 , we sent a letter eslating the spelling mistake, still BCIS didn't correct it

They Approved the case few days ago with the same mistake again;

Do we need to address this issue back to BCIS again ? Is it going to be a problem in future ?

What are my options, please advise ...

I do not think so. You can write a letter to BCIS. If your date of birth and place of birth are correct no need to worry. You can write letter to BCIS.

Please consult your attorney.

Hi Tammy :

If I-140 is amended then which one you should look for , original or corrected.

Thanks

I do not have clear idea. But after reading some posts in the forum I understood amended I-140 you need to consider.
May some body like Jim Mills or Jaxen can help us better.
