Hi All,
My wife is a dependant applicant in my I-485. We noticed in our AP receipt that USCIS has changed my wife's last name as first name and first name as last name.
When we went for fingerprint, we told them about this.. They did not care much of that and finished their job..
We are going abroad next year... Will that cause any problems at the port of entry?
Is this a good idea to change the name correctly before going out of the country. If so, do we loose the earlier application filed date. ?
Can someone pl. throw your suggestions on this.?
