Name on Citizenship Application Form

Hi Folks,
Here is the situation,
As part of the current legal name of my wife her Full middle name is spelt out completely. On her Green Card near her photo, only the First letter of her middle name is printed, but at the bottom of her Greencard where there are '>>>' , her middle name is fully spelt.
What should one fill out for the question: The name as printed on the Green Card, also would i need to send a marriage certificate for this situation

On the name as printed on the green card, put EXACTLY as it shows on the green card, even if misspelled. They need to be able to find you in their systems.

On Full name, put your legal full name. That's the one that counts.
