Name of the Immigration ACT.. HELP PLEASE

I have heard that there is an immigration law for Parents married from different nationality Under which if they have a US born CHILD the can apply for Immigartion after 7 years and do not have to wait for 21 years.Can someone please help me or direct me where can i find more info

I do not understand your question properly?

Do u mean both parents are not USC and are neither legal resident of the US- if so! I have not heard of such law. All I know is that you may need to wait untill your child is 18yrs old & can then file for you or maybe is now 21yrs old

Maybe some with a more knowlege about the US immigration laws will tell you more

There is no such law. Parents are eligible to apply for GC based on citizen child only when child turns 21
