name mixup and stamping question

My wife had a problem when they reversed the Last and first name switched in the approval letter. This was the case in the first EAD also as well as the recipt notice. We sent a letter to the INS and in the second EAD they fixed it.

However, in the approval notice they have switched it again back to the wrong order. During stamping, should we say anything and have them fix the name or should we say quite and just get the card and then ask for a correction.

Just want your opinons.

Can somebody please help me with this one. Am in a fix wether I should do this or not

If I were you I would get the cards. After getting the card, I would tell them "Hey look you have switched the names and please correct it". The only thing that will happen is that you will have to pay for changing the entries in GC (I think the fees is $185).

dazzling,
Thanks for the answer. Will do the same. Just that the passport and the recipt notice disagree and I am worried it might cause repeated problems down the line for my wife when she travels.

I was just wondering if anybody else had the same scenario and did the change yet?
