name mistake in I-140 please help

Guys,
My lawyer screwed up my name in my I-140 application putting my mothers maiden name as my middle name. I did not realize this until I got the receipt.
Please help what I can do I am really scared in todays environment for any errors. Will this be a willfull misrepresentation of my application.

I had a similar question abou correction in an already filed application, but somehow I did not get a satisfactory answer on the issue.

BTW - What does your lawyer say, how does he plan to correct it?
