Name misspelt

Hi all

I applied for I140/485/765/131 on March 7 2003.

BCIS has consistently misspelled my name on all receipt notices. Even on my finger printing notice my name is misspelt.
:(


My lawyers have sent a correction request to them.
I just wanted to know- has anybody ever faced this issue and how and when does it get resolved ?
