Name misspelt

Hi all

I applied for I140/485/765/131 on March 7 2003.

BCIS has consistently misspelled my name on all receipt notices. Even on my finger printing notice my name is misspelt.

My lawyers have sent a correction request to them.
I just wanted to know- has anybody ever faced this issue and how and when does it get resolved ?

Is your I 140 & EAD approved or not

Hi Khargosh,

Can you please let me know whether any progress with your I140 & EAD. After completion of 90 days can we go and get the Interim EAD from local INS??
