Hi all,

Hear is my story..applied GC thru marriage to USC.RD:11/17/05, ND:11/23/05.Now they have mispelled my Name on I-130 NOA.What should I do?Do I have to call National Customer service?

The other thing is I only received 3 NOA'S for I-130, I-131, 1-765.I didn't get one for I-485.You think I should wait for it?
Thank you

Wait this week to received last NOA's since the day after your ND was holidays.
Yes, it should be corrected. Your spouse, the one who file the I-130 is the one that has to call for the mispell of the I-130 and ask for the correction.
Good luck,

Thank you cherr1980..Is that only my husband(petitioner) should call to correct my name on I-130 or Can I call and correct it?Thanks

Call them, the least they can say is that "your husband most call".

See, your husband is the owner of that petition. But you anyway can try.

Thank you cherr1980...I guess i will try calling them.My husband cannot call them as he is very busy doctor and I know how long they make you wait on the phone.I will try my best.

Upps I was editing since I thought it was too long answer, but yes my husband was in the same situation as yours. He was too busy and I was eager to know what was going on, so I called again and worked out, but the first time they told me "no your husband most call".
Anyway, let us know! good luck

I have same problem. They mis-spelt my name on my I-130 NOA but the others were correct. They asked that my wife call to correct it (she did twice) as she is the sponsor. She was told to expect a letter from USCIS that notifies the changes made to the application. That letter never came. From what i heard from people here, you can have it corrected during your AOS interview. Thats what i plan to do when i go for mine as other attempts to get it corrected failed...
