I received my passport yesterday with visa on it and I found that my third name is spelled AHI instead of AHMED
is this something I should worry about or its a short cut of my name?

Contact the embassy. There's no such thing as shortcut. All the information on the visa MUST match to your other documents. This is a different surname, not yours. The embassy has to correct it. It's in the instructions that you've received with the passport.
