I have recently applied for I-140/I-485 under EB3 category. While applying, I noticed in ETA 750 forms that my Middle name has been mispelled. Our lawyer told me that it wont be a problem as the name has been correctly filled out in I-140/I-485. Does this have any impact on I-140/I-485 processing? Do we need to submit any correction letter to SWA?. Also, duration dates that I worked for a company has been wrongly mentioned in ETA 750B.
