Hi Friends, First of all Thanks for your time to review and respond my question. My I-485 application is in pending and I am working on EAD. I have to go to India for a month for the personal family emergency. My name in the EAD and the Advance Parole is mentioned as "Rajkumar Gummadi" and on my Passport, I-485 application is has been mentioned as "Raj Kumar Gummadi". Will be there any issue while coming back at POE with the name conflict since it is different in passport and Parole? I can correct the name in the passport as it is in AP before my travel but will be there any serious issue with the 485 application? Any suggestions?
