Name mismatch in passport and I-485 and EAD and AP

My wifes name and daughters names does not match with passport and i-485, ead and ap.
They are AP with short name.

My wife got a ref on name and I responed with docs.
RD . 07/10/2002

I received my EAD and we are waiting for my wifes.

Can some one out there tell me how to correct the stupid mistake i made.
