Name mis-spelt in the H-1B petition.

Hi Everyone.

Owing to a clerical error, my name has been mis-spelt in my H-1B petition (it is only a one letter mistake). I am moving from an OPT to H-1. I was wondering if anyone has had a similar experience and knows if this is really going to hurt me in the future.

Please get this fixed. Your immigration attorney should be able to guide you. It could pose problems in the future so it\'s best to get it corrected now.
