My mom's name is mis-spelt in my birth certificate. Her name everywhere else, passport, affidavit of support from her brother & sister and school transfer certificate seems to match (even that is not fully correct but atleast it matches 
and so, we have decided to go with that). What kind of evidence do we need to prove that both the names refer to the same person.? Do I need to get a new affidavit of support and add an additional line that states that both the names refer to the same person? If so, do I need it from both my aunt or uncle or just one would suffice?
Any other alternate options?
