Name Issues and Name checking

I just got my LC certified and plan to file I-140 and I-485 concurrently, before I talk to my lawyer, I like to hear some advice, any reply is appreciated.

When my lawyer filed my labor,he used my English that is different from the name in my passport and driver licence, I alert to him and he said don't worry about it, I trusted him then.

Does anyone know will this affects my I-140 and I-485 filing? anything special should I do? will the name in my Labor mess up my name checking in my I-485 process?

I am really worried after read some name checking issues here.

Fire him and hire a new lawyer!!!
It's a VERY BAD IDEA to have different names. You better get it corrected. Even if you can get away with it, the risk is not worth it.
Just play it safe and make sure that all names match.
