Hi All
I have my first and middle name in reverse order in my passport as compared to my birth certificate. Thus all my H visa's till date, driver license etc has been with my sequence of name which is in passport with middle name being the first name.
Now that i am in a position to apply for AOS, i have the issue where my birth certificate, marriage certificate have my name in correct sequence. However my passport, visa, driver license and thus the approved labor/ 140 have the incorrect name where my middle name is the first name and the first name is middle.
Could any one let me know what's the way out ...
