Apparently there is a growing number of us who are affected by this delay of Name Clearance from FBI.
My idea is that everybody who has a valuable piece of information, regarding this issue, addresses where to write, names to contact, fax numbers, phone numbers, emails, people who can help, stories of successful cases of getting the Clearance after certain action taken or after suing the FBI and/or USCIS (with helpful specific info and details), names of good affordable lawyers, etc...in a few words: any avenues to solve this issue with FBI, which can be helpful to the others, should be concentrated here for the benefit of the community of future American Citizens in their struggle with the abuses of INS and FBI.
