How come only some of us fall in to this never ending name check black hole.
Most of the applications are being approved almost within weeks of finger printing.
Is there a criteria based on which some cases go in to this name check backlog.
f the name check backlog is really truly in years, then no 485 can be approved in less than 3 to 6 years for everybody???
I just don't understand, why only some get in to the backlog.
Any thoughts?
