Hi,

I just called USCIS, and they told me that they were waiting for FBI's name check on me. Is there a way that I could call FBI to find out how my name check is going there?

Nope. They can't provide anything because of the backlog of 3.5 million applications.

FOIA is useless, it wont tell you anything about your namecheck status

How many checks from FBI do we need to pass? I know the simplest and fastest one is FP. Except FP, Are there two checks left? That is, name check and security check? It looks like neither of these two checks on my case has come back to USCIS, maybe because my PD is too soon (the end of Dec.)?

so for the ones among the 3.5 millions waiting. Is there any realistic resolution considering a manual intervention is probably necessary to release their status?!

So far the only resolution has been to sue 120 days or more after interview. This of course has become less easy since USCIS started delaying interviews until namecheck is complete.
