FP and Name Check Please help

Dear Forum,

Background:

My PD is FEB 2003 and my 140 approved and waiting for 485 and I have renewed my EAD’s and AP’s 2 times now.
My FP is done on April 2004, it’s been more than 19 months I haven’t received second FP notice yet. After almost year now my LUD changes on Feb 2006.
I485 message goes like this
Current Status: Fingerprints review completed.
Review of the fingerprints taken relating to this I485 APPLICATION TO REGISTER PERMANENT RESIDENCE OR TO ADJUST STATUS has been completed. Processing of this case continues. We will notify you by mail when we make a decision or if we need something from you. If you move while this case is pending, call customer service. We process cases in the order we receive them. You can use our processing dates to estimate when yours will be done. This case is at our VERMONT SERVICE CENTER location. Follow the link below to check processing dates. You can also receive automatic e-mail updates as we process your case. Just follow the link below to register.
Questions:

1) How do I know that my name check is done or not?
2) Whether I should be concerned that I haven’t received FP after 15 months, if so what should I do now ?

new message change -was there any change in date?
We've discussed it previously, many have the message change for old FP but no LUD, it may be just update for old messages in their system. There are no indication that NC complete. However, you can call to NCS and try to request status inqury or maybe go for Infopass and ask about FP.

That means

Your FP (first results from FBI to USCIS recived). It expires that different story. The best wat to find out about Name check status take infopass on www.USCIS.gov

Infopass/name check

We went for an infopass appointment this morning at the Newark office. We came to know that my name check is still pending! My name check has been pending since Feb 2005. USCIS apparently sent the name check request to the FBI again sometime this year.

But, the officer told us that my wife's name check was cleared in Feb 2005 itself! That was a new piece of info since last time when I went for he infopass appointment (Sept. 20, 2006), my wife didn't go.

Interestingly, today I received another follow-up letter from my Senator's office (NJ) informing me that my FBI name check was still pending. He had responded last time in August. The interesting part was the letter mentioned that "the FBI name check process should take at least 90 days; if you don't get a response from the USCIS within 90 days, the Senator will be happy to send another inquiry to the FBI and USCIS."
I was very confused. I thought my FBI name check has pending since Feb 2005 - or is he referring to the 2nd name check request that was sent, who knows!!!

Anyway, the wait continues . . .
