My situation is:
I-140 RD 8/2002
I-140 Approved in 9/2004
I-485 RD 10/2004
FP 3/2005
So far, I have not heard anything yet, no FP requirement, no name check notice etc. Looks it got stucked somewhere. any suggestion for me will be appreciated!
