Hi, anyone get exactly the same messge from CIS as belows? Or, just the first
three sentence? And Also usually how long does it take for you to get response after you send inquiry to CSC. It took me 11 days. I heard for
some people it takes only seeral hours.

This is to inform you that the I-485 in question is still pending. The reason
that it is still pending is that USCIS is awaiting NAME CHECK results from the
FBI. It may have been a long time since we sent the name, but USCIS has no
control of the time it takes.USCIS also does not have dates as to when the
Names were originally sent to the FBI, we can only confirm that they in fact
were sent.
Please allow 120 days before additional inquiries. In the future we will not
be addressing weekly inquiries.
Please Note: If the principal is not adjudicated then the derivatives will NOT
be adjudicated.
We apologize for any and all inconvenience this may cause.

Earlier (couple of months ago) I used to get a response within a dau, atmost 2, but these day's its taking anywhere from 1-3 weeks. They seem to be discouraging weekly emails. Makes sense to me, they should rather spend that time processing our I-485's.

I485 : RD 03-12-2004. LUD: 08/24/2005 (email enquiry for status).
 
LUD again

Hi, I got another LUD today (8/27/05). The last one is 8/22/05 and 8/23/05 for email inquiry.

Is it possible they cleared my name check?
 
How many LUDs do you ususally get after email inquiry?
Will the do the second LUDs 4-5 days after the first LUD?
