Is it important to verify the name check with FBI? Shall we know whether INS has requested for a name check on me? how does this name check work.

pls share your experience.

If you want to know the status of FBI name check, u have to either fax or send an e-mail to FBI

Please search for threads dealing with this for the format and fax or e-mail of FBI
