INS receive FP2 results only after name check or not? Anybody know? My fp2 was done on 6/19 and the latest LUD change was on 6/25, with the same old message.

Last update is 25th june in you case which means the results of 2nd FP have reached successfully.

Name check: I called 202-324-2399, 10 days before I was approved. No body called me back as on today. Keep this info ready when you leave message in voice mail:
DOB, A#, Name (full) with spellings, tel ph#.

I called and left msg with details @ 202-324-2399 (FBI Name check #, this is different from fingerprint check.) Per voice box msg will get back answer in 48 business hrs (6 working days ?).

Message change online

Some people said their online status updated on xx/xx/04. But the message still the same old message. I am wondering how you know the message updated and when. Every time when I check my online status, I could not see the update date. And My message still the old message.

When can one call FBI?

Can one call only after FP or also to check if there is any problem with one's Name check in general? I have done FP1 and have not yet rec'd FP2 notice, Have been waiting for 4 months.

Name check and FP verification are done in more than depts. at FBI or only one dept. is responsible for both of this? If the same dept. is processing this, then why INS receive fp results first and then the name check? Any idea?
