In order to approve I-485, we at first need Finger Print and Name Check. What is Name Check ? Who does Name Check ? How long does take to do Name Check?

it seems they do this for me

By what my lowyer said, they are doing this for me. It has been taken for 4 monthes for my case. It started at about the bottom of feb of this year. No further information yet. My lowyer told me it may take years. Anyway no body knows. How loog you stay at this stage.
