I just want to start a thread for people to understand N.C process, and wether it's time for them to take some actions. I will use following abbr.: Location (LOC), Application (AP), FingerPrint Notice (FN), FingerPrint (FP), Interview Notice (IN), Interview (IV), Oath (OT)

IV: 02/23/2006 PASSED
OA: ( Waiting As of 05/06/2005 ) Last time I called, I am going through the name check process...

well u have come a long way,trust me not a lot of ppl get this far....anyways please look for the thread for suing uscis.i dont know if u know about it.if not ,u have the option of suing the uscis in approximately 45 days from today...once u sue u r as good as a citizen... ;)

Suing USCIS ..

Thanks for the post ... I am reading the thread and sailing the dark sea with Publicus, Sony55, Gegemon and SSfromCA ... and I am definitely not waiting once the USCIS exhaust the 120 days they got in my life. Like Publicus said: Sue the bastards!
