I filed my I-485 in AUG-2003 and the Notice Date is 04-AUG-2003
and my Receipt Nnumber is LIN032365****.
My I-140 is approved in SEP-2003(EB-2 Category and Labor Substitution).
FP is done in MAY-2004.
My Last update date in USCIS web is still 04-AUG-2003 only.
I contacted FBI for name check in JUN-2004 and they said it was not done yet.
I contacted FBI again in 05-NOV-2004 and sent them email and fax enquiring status about my name check.100 days have already passed and FBI had not responded.
Can my lawyer contact FBI or should I get the help from my senator.
Please suggest some way to expedite the name check/I-485 approval.
