Name check statistics?

Guys, from your personal experience and the observations you’ve made… How many people (in %) have the following experience with a name check processing?
1. Name check is completed before the interview.
2. Name check is completed shortly (a couple of months) after the interview with no congressman/senator involvement.
3. Name check takes too long. / Congressman/Senator help is needed.

I am just trying to figure out if I should wait for a little while, or contact my congressman right away.

I did post my time line per your request in the other thread of mine.
Since you haven't had your interview yet, how do you know that your name check has been cleared?

he mighthave already filed the request to FBI to see if he has any backgrounds / records in FBI db(s).
 
Guys, Have you ever heard of somebody who had his/her name check pending at the time of the interview, and later on (in a couple of months) it was cleared without any politician intervention? Or, does it always mean, you have to wait for months/years or/and ask for help?
 
not sure when they requested to my name check or background check, however, i just had an interview today, and i was told my background check is pending.

my 120 days count down has began at 8:15am 7/19/2005.
