Name check results

I dont know who this is relevant for but I just got an email from FBI that my name check is complete and the results were forwarded to USCIS on 3/25/05. They responded to my email I had sent out in 11/04. My GC was approved on 1/20/05 and already have the plastic card in hand.

I am not sure what the results were of the name check but am assuming if they responded to me, it must be positive. However, I do not know if they can take my card back:(

Congrats onyour Green Card. I guess FBI responds late. I heard a similar story from another guy. Can you discuss how to contact FBI for status of namecheck.

I had sent an email to FBINNCP@ic.fbi.gov for both mine and my spouse's case. I only have received an email for my case. No information about my spouse's acse yet and its still pending approval. wonder if they got mismatched by mistake? spouse did FP on 3/11/05.
