Got a reply for name check and the letter stated USCIS request pending since Jan 2003 and they cannot help any further.
This was fax response, any body recieved such info?

Do you have a common name that a suspicious person may have ??? .. I am not sure if you can contact FBI and find out if the name check was done. Search for their number and find out if they have sent your results back ...

You sure its jan 2003 not 2004.

Have they told you the same . I called their office and they said to dont worry there are customers waiting much longer than you are?

Well the Congressman office told me that your Name check has been started in September 2003.

Who knows when this name check will be completed.
 
how many days it took you to get the response back..? I sent a fax to FBI 4 days back I was wondering when I would be getting a response :confused:
 
When did you send in the request to FBI?

Is you last update date in your case consistant with the namecheck pending date?
